Step 1

Insert pipe (9) into base (11).

Step 2

Insert pipe (8) into pipe (9).

Step 3

Take threaded cap (1) and insert into disc (3) and attached threaded cap to threadeed cap base (2).

Put rubber O-ring onto short pipe (5). The O-ring is used to the beverage clip (6) in place. Insert the short pipe (5) into the leftover disc (4).

Step 4

Insert the top half into the bottom half. Attach the sunscreen (10) and enjoy.
