Return / Refund Policy

Products can be returned for a full refund less the shipping charges if returned within 30 days of receipt of said products. Products must be complete, in new resalable condition and in the original packaging. Which will be determined by thegostand company. This does not include any custom orders. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be processed through your same method of payment. By ordering through our website you are bound to the terms of this return policy. Please allow 10 business days for refund to show up on your payment statement. Limited Warranty

We warrant our products against any manufacturing defects. The consumer has 30 days from the date of receiving the items to contact us (TheGoStand) with any issues.

This limited warranty applies to all parts of TheGoStand as long as the problem(s) were not through accident, misuse, neglect, or causes deemed outside normal use.

We may, at our sole discretion offer a replacement part to rectify the supposed issue

While TheGoStand is designed & constructed to be durable and last a lifetime, we are always looking to improve the durability of TheGoStand product. Your feedback is always appreciated.


We only ship to locations within the United States. If you live outside of the United States and wish to place an order please contact us to make special arrangements for shipping.

Orders will ship within 5 business days of order and will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. Domestic orders should be received within approximately 8 business days after placing order.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, take a picture of the damaged piece and send to customerservice@thegostand.com within 2 days of delivery.


Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
